12 Audit teams from ARABOSAI are now ready to start auditing the Institutional framework for fighting corruption.

The INTOSAI Development Initiative will together with the African organisations AFROSAI-E¹ and CREFIAF² over the next years provide intensive support to a small group of highly challenged Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs). This shall enable the SAIs to operate more strategically and have effective long-term capacity development programmes. The Austrian Development Agency (ADA) supports the programme financially with 400 000 Euros for 2018-2020. 

CREFIAF and The INTOSAI Development Initiative jointly organized the mentor training and product adaption meeting for the Auditing SDGs programme in CREFIAF, from the 14th - 23rd of March 2018, in Djibouti.

One of the main components of the SDGs Programme is a cooperative audit in the preparation for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  In OLACEFS, this audit is focused on SDG 5 (gender equality)
