As part of the 3i Programme, global public goods i.e. iCATs, ISSAI Implementation Handbook for financial audit compliance audit and e-courses on ISSAI Certification Programme have been developed in 2012 and 2013. In the meeting the teams reviewed and updated the iCATs considering the new Level 3 ISSAIs endorsed in INCOSAI in 2013 and also from the feedback received and lessons learned from the programme implementation. The teams also started working on developing a framework document on the institutional level considerations for the SAIs to implement the ISSAIs.
