IDI- CREFIAF PA Review Meeting and Workshop on facilitating ISSAI Implementation, & ISSAI Implementation workshop CA SAI Guinea

The two week workshop was held in Libreville, Gabon from 25 April to 6 May 2016. The first week involved the review of the iCATs drafted by the participants from the different SAIs. 15 iCAT reports PA were reviewed. During the second week the participants were trained as ISSAI facilitators

The participants also developed the draft ISSAI Implementation Strategy for Performance Audit for their respective SAIs. These would be reviewed by August and the participants certified as ISSAI facilitators. There were 31 participants from 15 SAIs. Four resource persons from Burundi, Cameroon, Djibouti and Senegal were involved.
On the sidelines of this meeting, participants from SAI Guinea were also trained in Compliance Audit in order to reintegrate this SAI into the ongoing IDI CREFIAF 3i programme. A team of two participants from SAI Guinea participated.
