OAG Somalia has been assessing its own operations compare to the international standards for auditing.
In February 2016, a team from IDI and OAG Somalia met to review the assessment. The teams also made a draft strategy on how OAG can improve the current operations and functioning of the audit office in Somalia. This will be further developed in a new strategic plan for OAG Somalia to be established by the end of 2016.
