Financial audit and Compliance audit ISSAI expert and mentors of the 3i Programme met in Abu Dhabi, UAE from 17 to 21 February 2014 to review the products that have been developed for the programme.

Compliance audit ISSAI expert and mentors of the 3i Programme met in Abu Dhabi, UAE from 10 to 28 February 2014 to develop the draft ISSAI Implementation Handbook- Compliance audit.

117 participants of the ISSAI Certification Programme have successfully completed the workshop on facilitating ISSAI Implementation and now certified as IDI-PSC ISSAI Facilitators.

On 27 September 2013, the US Agency for International Development (US AID) entered into an agreement with the IDI to finance components of the ISSAI Implementation Initiative in Arabic language for the SAIs belonging to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region countries.

Second round of two workshops on Facilitating ISSAI Implementation was held in Arusha, Tanzania from 4 to 9 November and 11 to 16 November 2013.

A conference themed ‚SAIs: Meeting Higher Expectations‚ was organized in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 24-27 July 2013 by SAI Sri Lanka and the World Bank. One of the sessions was dedicated to discussing the ISSAI Implementation Challenges.

The IDI representatives attended the INTOSAI PSC steering committee meeting in Stockholm, Sweden from 18-19 June 2013. In the meeting IDI representative made a presentation on the progress of the 3i programme. The presentation can be downloaded here.
